In high season we typically open at 10:00 and close at 22:00. Spring and autumn hours are shorter, and some weekday mornings start later. Always check the date you plan to visit — weather and private events can change last ride times.

Yes. Each attraction posts a minimum and, where needed, a maximum height at the queue. Skyline Coaster starts at 140 cm. The Family Carousel has no minimum if an adult rides with a small child. Measuring sticks are at guest services if you want to check before you queue.

Light rain rarely closes the park. Outdoor rides pause in thunderstorms, high wind, or ice. Arcade Arena and indoor cafés stay open. We do not offer automatic refunds for weather pauses, but guest services can advise if a full-day closure is likely.

The main promenade is step-free. Strollers are welcome except on ride platforms. Some attractions have transfer seating or companion access — ask at the gate for that day's list. Accessible toilets are marked on the park map.

Groups of 15 or more should book in advance. We can hold a time slot at Arcade Arena and reserve picnic tables. Schools and companies use the Group Visits page, then confirm numbers at least 48 hours before arrival.

Items found in the park go to guest services. Bring photo ID. We keep most items for 30 days. Email [email protected] with a description if you notice something missing after you leave.
